SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Overview

At Pronto1926, all products are freshly prepared in small batches. As such, our delivery process is structured around pre-orders and scheduled fulfilment to ensure optimal quality.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received

  • Pre-orders must be placed before the stated cut-off time

  • Orders are prepared according to the selected delivery date

We do not process or dispatch orders on an on-demand basis unless explicitly stated.


3. Delivery Areas

  • Delivery is currently available within Singapore

  • Specific delivery zones and fees may apply depending on location


4. Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery is carried out within pre-defined time slots

  • Customers will be informed of the delivery window upon order confirmation

While we aim to be punctual, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Operational constraints


5. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location

  • Fees are non-refundable once the order is confirmed


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate delivery address and contact details

  • Someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window

If the recipient is unavailable:

  • The order may be left at the location (if safe to do so), or

  • A re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost


7. Failed Deliveries

Pronto1926 is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete contact information

  • Recipient unavailability

Re-delivery requests are subject to additional charges.


8. Product Condition Upon Delivery

All products are checked prior to dispatch to ensure quality.

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect items upon receipt

  • Store products appropriately (e.g. refrigeration where required)

Pronto1926 is not liable for quality issues arising after successful delivery due to improper handling or storage.


9. Changes to Delivery

Requests to modify delivery details (date, time, address) must be made:

  • At least 48 hours in advance, and

  • Are subject to availability and approval

We cannot guarantee last-minute changes.
